We have a "Key Fob" security system that simplifies access to homeowner amenities. You will need a Key Fob to access the Pool, Fitness Center and Tennis Courts.
Please complete the Woodmont Amenities Request Form and e-mail to woodmont.access@gmail.com. Homeowners who have not previously been issued key fobs will receive them by mail in 1-2 weeks.
Homeowners who have key fobs that are lost or stolen may request replacements for a fee using the Woodmont Key Fob Replacement Request Form. Payment must be received by Mulloy Properties before replacements will be issued. Key Fobs will be delivered by mail. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
On a periodic basis (typically twice a year) Republic Services will set a day for "junk pick-up". Junk items can be hot-water heaters, washers, dryers, dishwashers, couches, chairs, coffee tables, misc boxed toys, tools, grills (no propane tanks), bikes, and lawn mowers (gas tank removed).
No liquid of any kind will be accepted, including but not limited to paint, thinners, pesticides, household cleaners, motor oils, freon/refrigerant and fuels. In addition, no demolition or construction items will be accepted.

BSG Woodmont Mailbox Order Form (pdf)
The vendors who previously offered the HOA approved Woodmont style mailbox that was originally selected by the developer when our neighborhood was first built 20+ years ago have had difficulty obtaining parts for several years which has caused excessive delays for homeowners to get mailboxes replaced or repaired. The HOA board understands the frustration among homeowners regarding this issue and has worked with a new company, BSG, to develop a new mailbox offering.
The mailbox solution offered by BSG is not an exact replica of the prior design but it is very similar and is currently our best option to move forward with an approved mailbox design that’s available for purchase at this time.
If anyone is in need of a mailbox or parts please contact the company directly with questions using the contact info on the order form. Replacement parts are available as well as full mailbox unit replacements including posts. Homeowners may purchase the supplies only or purchase the entire unit including delivery and installation. Turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks after placing the order.
Note: Replacement parts may require special modifications to retro fit an original mailbox installation. Replacement parts will work better when used to replace parts on the new style going forward. In some cases, a full replacement may be necessary. Each individual situation should be discussed with BSG directly to determine the best solution.
